How to order ALTOGEN® manufactured products

Starting January 2022 we no longer accept payments via Purchase Order due to over 20% PO non-payments and delayed payments during COVID-19 pandemic period. Orders should be placed online via credit card (we deliver worldwide).

All orders are accepted online via credit card payment at altogen.com (no account necessary – simply add product to cart and complete the checkout process). Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Shipping charge is flat rate $52 (USA) and $74 (international, outside the USA). All products are currently in stock.

To place an order, please go to the website (altogen.com) and click “Add to cart” button, then enter your shipping and billing information. Please note that the PDF invoice with payment details will be e-mailed to you automatically. Current prices and technical protocols (product manuals, SDS safety documents, quote requests, etc) are available at our website (altogen.com/products). It is possible to pay by wire transfer, however this requires placing the order online first and after completing the check-out process the PDF invoice will be generated with banking information for the Wire Transfer listed on the invoice. To generate this invoice, please click “Add to cart” button, enter your shipping and billing information – a PDF invoice with bank wire transfer payment details will be e-mailed to you automatically.

All products are currently in stock. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via overnight FedEx Express service. If you have an order related question, please contact us at orders@altogen.com

List of Authorized Distributors:

Starting January 2022 we have discontinued using distributors (including all former distributors: Fisher Scientific, VWR International, Funakoshi, Veritas Corporation, Precision Technologies Pte).

Taxes:

We do not charge tax for out-of-state sales. The tax-exempt research organizations are not charged tax. If you’re tax exempt and there is a tax on your invoice – please contact us to perform tax refund.
